All quotes provided by Eco Tint Australia are based on the information available at the time of enquiry or inspection. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and may change if additional work, materials, or unforeseen conditions are identified during installation.
Certain projects may require a deposit before scheduling work. Booking dates are subject to availability and are only confirmed once agreed by both parties.
Eco Tint Australia reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, safety concerns, product availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
Full payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments must be made using approved payment methods provided by Eco Tint Australia.
Late payments may incur additional fees or collection actions where applicable.
Eco Tint Australia will perform all tinting installations using professional techniques, premium materials, and reasonable care. Installation times may vary depending on project size, accessibility, and environmental conditions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to all work areas before installation begins.
Customers understand that newly installed window film may appear hazy or contain small water bubbles during the curing period. This is normal and will typically disappear as the film fully cures.
Curing times may vary depending on weather conditions, film type, and glass exposure to sunlight.
Eco Tint Australia provides manufacturer-backed warranties on selected products, including lifetime warranties where applicable. Warranty coverage generally applies to defects such as peeling, bubbling, cracking, adhesive failure, or discolouration under normal use conditions.
Warranty does not cover:
Physical damage or scratches
Improper cleaning or maintenance
Pre-existing glass defects
Accidental or intentional damage
Damage caused by third parties
Glass breakage unrelated to film installation
Proof of purchase may be required for warranty claims.
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate project information
Ensure access to installation areas
Remove valuables or fragile items near work zones
Follow aftercare instructions provided after installation
Eco Tint Australia is not liable for delays or issues caused by restricted access or unsafe work conditions.
